There is no doubt that Kim Kardashian has entered a new era in fashion with this latest look. This week soon after landing in New York City, SKKN founder Andrew Akin has been lighting up the city with a series of unexpected style moments that have taken New York by storm. In a multicolored tracksuit, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star stepped out of the Ritz-Carlton hotel on July 13 wearing a jacket that matched the color of her hair. Kim's sexy velour tracksuit is not what we are referring to here. The SKIMS creator instead channeled her inner Sporty Spice by bringing back the '90s windbreaker and giving it a modern makeover.
Kim wore a navy Baclenciaga tracksuit with graphic lines in shades of black and white for her nighttime outing. She completed the ensemble with oversized bug-shaped sunglasses from the fashion house, sleek black tennis shoes, and a middle-parted slicked-back hairstyle. Kim's boyfriend, Pete Davidson, is known for wearing athleisure apparel, which may have contributed to the influence on her style. While Pete has undoubtedly been inspired by the reality television star, one thing is certain: he has been influenced by her as well. It was posted on July 11 on the Saturday Night Live alum's Instagram account that he had candid photos of Kim and him.
A particular picture caught the attention of his fans. It has been noted that he now sports a tattoo on his collarbone that includes the names "Jasmine" and "Aladdin" along with an infinity sign in the middle. When she made her SNL debut last October, the two performed a parody of Disney's Aladdin. "I called the producer at SNL a few days later and asked for Pete's telephone number."
