A New Co-Host Duo Takes Over The Great American Baking Show

It's clear that The Great American Baking Show is here to stay, but with a sweet twist. An American spin-off of the U.K.'s iconic flagship series, The Great British Baking Show, has a new host duo. Alumna Ellie Kemper and Severance star Zach Cherry star in this perfectly edible adaptation, E! It can be confirmed by the news.

Like its British counterpart, Kemper and Cherry follow amateur bakers as they compete in a series of tasty, yet sometimes stressful challenges. Roku's head of alternative originals, Brian Tannenbaum, said in a statement that Ellie and Zach were the perfect co-hosts.

The Baking Show adaptation will continue to deliver the enduring warmth and humor fans of the series love, with a twist that we know Ellie and Zach will deliver."Roku is reintroducing the series entirely after five seasons on ABC with a rotating cast of hosts and judges."

There is an unmatched passion for this franchise among fans, and we are honored to begin production with Love Productions USA to bring The Great American Baking Show exclusively to The Roku Channel." The American edition will also feature celebrity chefs Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith, who judged the British version.
