As Europe faces extreme heat, Kylie Jenner brags about her and Travis Scott's private jets

This reminder came from Kylie Jenner, star of The Kardashians. A heatwave is currently affecting Europe, causing deadly wildfires in Portugal, France, and Spain. On Monday and Tuesday, the Met Office issued its first-ever red warning for extreme heat in the UK. People have rightly become concerned about rising temperatures and climate change due to this alarming news.

Her Instagram post on Friday included a black and white photo of her and Travis Scott near the two planes, accompanied by the caption: "You wanna take mine or yours?"  Kylie, if we're being honest, I'd prefer neither. Others were more direct with their criticisms, as one wrote: "Whose [sic] plane should we pollute the Earth with today?" “Why should I limit my meat consumption and use paper straws when the one percent gets to pump tons of carbon into the atmosphere for a day trip to Palm Springs?”, said another.

More than 19,000 people have liked Jenner's comment, which calls for reducing her carbon footprint. On Twitter, one individual reposted the photo and caption condemning the star's lavish lifestyle:Considering the continued backlash, Jenner has restricted comments on the Instagram post so that responses can only be added by a select group of people - including those she follows.
